Danny Davis Watch is dedicated to holding Illinois 7th District Congressman Danny Davis to the principles of freedom, peace, and prosperity.

How do we define these terms?

Freedom

Generally, letting Americans make their own decisions so long as they do not infringe on the rights of others. If any such decisions must be delegated to government, local government is favored over federal government or world government.

Peace

Using force only as a last, defensive resort to protect Americans from clear and imminent threats. “Preemptive war,” “police action,” and “nation building” are all generally opposed.

Prosperity

Safeguarding property rights, keeping intrusion into private business to a minimum, and generally allowing the American economy to thrive as it has for much of our country’s history.
